How to make a dramatic portrait with a normal wall

Yes, normal, completely normal wall. By simple .Knowledge handled in the most adverse circumstances is what separates a good photographer. Sometimes we are so worried about having to do all in the mild conditions of a study that we forget that we can get different pictures in other ways. With a single wall, Gary Fong , a popular Asian wedding photographer, taught us only two flashes how to make a wall to get some pictures in low light (hence the occasional cost focus) and a dramatic flair. The scheme is very simple: one of the flashes (bare and a red gel but then puts one of their adapters called PowerSnoot) points to the wall from the ground. Notice that some tests performed with the shutter speed and aperture to achieve a good color to red on the wall. If we have a slow shutter speed, recommended to use a tripod (although the best thing ever) The other is placed way ahead of the subjects and from above . And then depending on whether you want a harder or diffuse light can use the switches that you like (umbrella, softbox, window, ... etc). You can adjust the flash with colored gels and you will have a great time. The funny thing also is that all this we see through the screen of the Canon 5DMK II by Gary Fong.
